Johnny Rockets - Freeport

I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing staff at this restaurant, who greeted us with big smiles, accepted our food recommendations, and provided excellent service. We wanted to save room for Ben and Jerry's afterwards, but the food was too good to resist! I highly recommend this place. Our server, Sabrina, was fantastic with our dog and very attentive. We love this place!

The food was good. it sat and we sat on one. the waitress came by and took our drinks orders and less than minutes later a waitress came by and asked us if we could move on a table, so that she came back a party of than the waitress with our drinks, which she apologised that we had to move. except that it was what they would expect from a small burger joint. small menu, fairly good eating, fast service and cheap prices.

They wait for minutes; sit on the bar open and two children came in and despite the please wait to sit sign sat right down menus were given. that pointed to the staff (young woman, blonde hair, bad attitude) she was unprofessional. she should be in another job not to do with people. she said she could not pursue what suggests that food service goes beyond her ability. there were others behind us who also left in disgust, so their rest cost them customers. would have liked to have tried to eat, but not want to be back.

Good burgers and fries without all of the grease like some other places. The staff were super friendly all in an old time dinner experience. The prices were comparable to a Five Guys but better in my opinion.

The restaurant is pretty average, which is disappointing. The staff is friendly, but there is not enough of them during busy dinner times. The food takes too long to come out and some parts are cold because they were left under the warmer for too long. However, the loaded tater tots were delicious.
