River house grille - Freeport

Recently hosted my mother’s birthday here. Service was horrible, food was mediocre at best, everything was completely unorganized. Would not suggest.

Two of the three meals were incorrect. They brought out 1 meal and a side dish then we had to wait 10 minutes for the other two meals. Lobster Mac and cheese was not baked with bread crumb topping like it said on menu. Eggs Benedict was supposed to come with prosciutto but it had nothing. We asked about it and we’re told the chef didn’t have any so he left it off. No substitutions suggested. It was like they were hoping we didn’t notice. Very disappointing meal and service

The waiters were all very nice. The food is absolutely tasteless and not worth the money. Will not go back again

Honestly the worst meal I’ve had on nautical mile. Everything tasted like it came from a microwave. $147 dollars for king crab legs that has no taste. The butter was simply melted down with no seasoning Then they charged their surcharge separately which makes absolutely no sense. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Perfect early dinner before a concert. Great food, service and ambiance!
