Contribuisci feedbackWe were a total of 9 people who wanted to celebrate the completion of 167 years of life. The right thing is that the next birthday, here the next, the years of life 168 and 169 begin. The destination was the restaurant and the Hotel Mauk ́sches Gut in Freiberg an der Hornstraße, just before the Jakobikirche. The entrance is rather unusually narrow for untrained motorists, but it fits. There is sufficient parking space in the parking lot. We hired the car with birthday children, it sat in it at the time 270 completed years of life. The boss got us a friendly smile and we went through the regionally decorated guest room with the vault with original miners and mining utensils as well as alpine folk art (collection and carving). For us there was an additional table in the conservatory. The idea was good, alone and without disturbing other guests. After we had finally sorted and taken place, the birthday candles bought by my treasure came to the table with an open flame. It followed the birthday sect for everyone. The cork-filled food and drink card was the next thing we reached. The drinks were quickly selected and ordered. But then my time came, the selection of dishes from the clear menu... There were 3 soups, 4 appetizers, 2 vegan dishes, 3 noodles pasta, 1 veal dish, 2 beef dishes, 2 poultry dishes, 3 pork purees, 2 x from the water and finally 3 sweet desserts as well as 1 Camembert dish with Port wine Pears Marmelade From the kitchen came to the main dishes including pumpkin cream soup, Ragout Fin from chicken and veal, kitchen master Carpaccio from beef fillet. I didn't notice all the orders and didn't cost them all. The list of ordered main dishes is also colourful and includes beef Goulash “Hungarian”, sour roasts in a raisin sauce, pork fillet in orange pepperschmand, pork drawer with plum filling and my super tasty ragout from the calfsalbe in strong red wine sauce on a rice bed. It has kept us all very good, no one has expressed critically except the only manco here was to mention that the green cabbage was a little sharp on the pork swollen. Not only would I have wanted more bums supported by salt, pepper, mustard and bacon. I and also the other guests liked that all salads and sauces were served in extra serving dishes (of course only where necessary). I came to my farm, for example only the good and especially fresh crispy salad in an extra bowl. On the map we are sure that they receive their goods from regional farms and in particular meat from regional certified organic farms. The boss served us personally, she was very attentive and flew. A beautiful Saxon spell came by, so it's great. The braided lace pieces have made the courage of the boss himself and confirmed us so that more original bow art is not at all. In the end we almost all took an espresso and went home satisfactorily after the birthday skiers had paid. On the backyard there is a parking lot and a beautifully designed outdoor report. You can easily enlarge the party room in beautiful weather. And a big grill was ready and waited for its use. On the meadow there are two tracks, there is a hunt, with two small open transport cars, all original from the Freiberger mining. In the dark they are irradiated. Here the “Montanregion Erzgebirge Krušnoho?í” is a world heritage, with art from finest, gastronomic and folk art. Those who visited the toilet came like in the mine, black wall tiles, black disposal and hand wash ceramic made the feeling of being in a tunnel. Only a few white tiles with motifs from the mountain town of Freiberg and the silver mining support the LED spotlights. But no fear, even people with less good eyelight can find themselves here! I thank the entire kitchen and service team and our unrestricted recommendation to the Freiberger „Mauk ́sches Gut“. There are still pictures, unfortunately a little later.
