Gasthaus zum Anker - Freiburg

We went spontaneously into the anchor today, in fact only in the passage with a little hunger. What can I say? The cook (at least in the late hour) is at the same time the service, it is original, clean, friendly. We actually had the plan to eat and disappear. The result was a very extended, very funny evening that became an unforgettable evening that led through the cook/ waiter and the other guests. The food was very freshly prepared, partly refined with salad and herbs from their own garden. In any case, a 100% recommendation for those who, according to what is grounded and do not expect a Star menu.

Very recommended. Family atmosphere with good bourgeois cuisine with predominantly regional products, usually directly from the producer. Especially the very friendly host is to mention. Always happy.
