Deafghanan Cuisine - Fremont

This restaurant becomes quite busy on weekends and does not accept reservations. I visited with a group of 10 on a hectic Saturday night and was informed that the wait would be 25 minutes. Given the restaurant's small size and fully occupied tables, I found this hard to believe. Ultimately, we ended up waiting over an hour. I have no complaints about the food, which is fresh, made to order, comes in generous portions, and is absolutely delicious. They did forget one of my drink orders, but they kindly removed it from my bill once I mentioned it. There is a 15% automatic service fee for groups of over 5, which I think is quite reasonable. Additionally, there is a $1 charge for using a credit card.

Always such a special place to go and their food never fails.

Decent Mediterranean food. Chaapli kabab is very good. All foods are tasty. Rice quantity is lot more than protein and veggies. That is why 4 stars.

Very cosy place. Loved the food. Had kabuli pulao and triple kebab...and firni for desert, truly awesome. Must try!

The food is excellent, but the restaurant's interior could use some improvements, and the location isn't particularly noteworthy either.
