Fort Ball Pizza Palace - Fremont

Service is fine, but the food quality has gone down hill. Every couple months when I'm in town I get a BLT foldover. The last 3 times over the last year they were either mediocre or terrible. The last one looked good but on the inside only half had mayo and there was only about 5 pieces of lettuce that looked like something they pulled out of the trash. The lettuce was dark, wet and like mucus. There pizza recipe has changed so much over the recent years I don't bother. The only thing edible was the cheesy bread and pizza sauce dip which was actually good. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
