Our service was wonderful, and being soy intolerant it was one of the few restaurants that had very little food with soybean oil or soy in it. Very enjoyable, wonderful views, a hidden gem.
We had dinner with another couple. There was only two tables when we came in at 6pm although more people came later. I had made a reservation on the website and was told someone would get back to me to confirm although no one did. I had a salad and they were very receptive to changes of the type of cheese and adding chicken. I didn’t care for the margarita and didn’t drink it. The waiter and waitress worked as a team. Neither one asked or offered to replace it. Presentation was nice. The black rice was a bit spicy although the chicken was good.
The dining room was very nice with a great view of two lakes and parts of the golf course. The service was fast and polite. The brisket was perfectly cooked: moist and fork tender. My wife's gnocchi was a little too spicy. Prices were reasonable.
Decided last minute to go out to Lakes 23. Service was a little slow but very friendly. Side salads were perfectly sized with the meal. My wife’s New York strip was cooked exactly to her liking. My salmon was excellent. Prices not too bad for the quality. Recommended.
We stumbled across this searching google for a restaurant near The Shack where we were staying. This is so goo, you should go. We have steak and prime rib, side dishes were roasted potatoes, garlic sautéed spinach, au gratin potatos, carrot cake for dessert. Amazing drinks. And the view was spectacular as the sun was setting and its Ray’s splashed across the changing colored leaves of the trees on the lake. Go eat there and ask for a window seat.
