Jack In The Box - Fremont

2 of our people did not get to eat. We asked for no mayonnaise and of course they put it on. The chicken fajita pita was all lettuce with about 3 pieces of chicken. Worse Jack in the Box I have ever been to!!!! Plus no ice in drinks!!

Typical Jack in the crack experience. They are open 24 hours so that is the main convenience here. The fajita pita was good but the spicy chicken was a bland. If I?m in a late night pinch again, I may give them another chance to redeem themselves.

WHERE'S THE TURKEY? It's Thanksgiving, and most restaurants are closed or only open until noon. You're working a holiday shift in a business park, and the only option is the nearest fast food joint. WHERE'S THE TURKEY? You place your order and take a seat. McDonald's might have McNuggets, but there's no good sourdough roll to be found. Suddenly, the door swings open. WHERE'S THE TURKEY? I'm starting to wonder myself. Why am I munching on a sourdough Jack instead of a turkey leg? Two guests scan the menu, hoping the genius of Jack has anticipated their holiday hunger. WHERE'S THE TURKEY? The bird is nowhere to be seen. The manager appears, like a prophet answering the cries of the people, and with a simple sentence that does little to satisfy their hunger: "I don’t know. It must've been pardoned." Laughter erupts at the absurdity of the response, lifting the spirits of the diners and silencing their stomachs. A quick prayer to Taco God, Jack, is made. Tell Jack to whip up some turkey legs or something; he’s always creating new items. WHERE'S THE TURKEY? Where indeed, where indeed.

This was the nearest spot for a quick meal. I ordered the chicken club sandwich and curly fries, and I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious they were.

I visited the restaurant the other night for dinner after a long day at work, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with one of your night employees, specifically the manager (cashier) who was taking orders. They were quite rude and pushy! When I finally reached the window, I asked for ketchup and mayonnaise. Instead of being accommodating, the employee rolled their eyes and pointed at my bag, saying that it was already included. I already had some, but I wanted extra! They flat out refused to give me more. I will never return to this place, and I’ll make sure to share my experience with others. It’s concerning to see employees who clearly dislike working there!
