Mexican food truck, I pass by all the time going to USPS on Trimboli and made a special trip around lunch so I could try their food. They have a sign baked into their truck graphics about home of the 16 inch burrito but its too crazy even for 2 people so we passed. Overall packaging was very neat and nice, home-kitchen style with a whole bunch of stuff in bags and in tin foil. Everything was fresh and well prepped, the red salsa especially nice and hot. Super Nachos with Asada: Tasted good and not soggy, plenty of beans, meat and cheese. I sprinkled some of the taco onion and cilantro on top and it tasted great with it. Chips are tostada style so thicker and less prone to breaking if covered in stuff. Tacos: got a mix of carnitas and chorizo, the outside of the tortillas are slightly toasted on a flat top grill and I liked it. You normally only get it like this with birria.
This was my first time here per a friend's recommendation. It was awesome! Food was fresh and tasted great. Authentic Mexican food!
We ordered 2 monster burritos and it was super dry. There was nothing added to the dry ingredients. We wanted to make this our regular place to eat on Saturdays but the $10 burritos could of been better.
Veggie burrito decent burrito but nothing amazing. i liked the beans and the hot sauce but thought the rice was pretty bland. i prbly would have given a higher rating cause the food was not bad but i had pretty bad food poisoning after eating this.
