The food is fantastic, but the takeout service needs improvement. I received the wrong item. I ordered chicken and wild rice soup to go, but when I got home and opened the container, it was chicken noodle soup instead.

This Panera Bread location offers excellent service. From the moment you place your order to when you receive your food, everything is smooth and quick. I have to commend the store manager; he is very organized and friendly. I highly recommend everyone visit this place whenever you're in the Pacific Common area of Fremont. I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, thanks in large part to one exceptional employee named Crystal. She was consistently patient and attentive during our interactions, always greeting us with a friendly and pleasant demeanor. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for some of the younger staff, who tended to have a more repetitive approach. Crystal's outstanding service is the main reason I'm giving this place a five-star rating.
