During my road trip, I was passing by this place and I stumbled upon Saattvik Indian Dhaba. I ordered Chole Bhature and Paneer Paratha. Their Chole Bhature were truly dhaba style. I am fond of Chole Bhature and I have been to many places in TX, NY/NJ, FL and WA for Chole Bhature BUT by far this place has the best Chole Bhature in America in my personal list. Best part of the Chole Bhature is fresh and mouth watering which feels like real AMRITSARI Chole Bhature and that’s how it should be.The Cherry on top was their customer service. In last ten years, I have visited countless Indian restaurants but never received a top notch customer service. This place has top level customer service and that is very unique. I remember, a gentleman at the front whose name was Mr. Pawan, who was friendly and quick (10/10). Overall I had a great time. Quality of food (10/10) Taste of food (10/10) Friendliness (10/10) Freshness of food (10/10)
5 star rating for the food itself. We ordered for puja lunch and wanted food without onion and garlic. Very few people are able to do justice to party food without onion and garlic and Pawan was able to meet our requirements.Everyone liked the food a lot. I got lot of queries on where the food was from.
This is the best place for great home cooked Indian food in Fremont. I went there a few months ago for the first time and was so impressed with the variety of fresh food. My in laws were visiting from out of town and they loved it and were amazed with the great tasting food. I recently had an event catered, Pavan and Ruby went above and beyond to ensure it was a success and all of our guests loved the food. This is a great family run restaurant that really makes food with a lot of heart. Do yourself a favor and visit, it is by far one of the best Indian restaurants in the Bay Area.
Saattvik Indian Dhaba is a hidden gem! Pawan and Ruby, the owners, and the amazing staff are not just serving food; they're creating a welcoming family atmosphere. The cozy vibes and top-notch service instantly make you feel at home. The menu is a flavorful journey through delicious and creative Indian dishes, showcasing the chefs' expertise. I had the pleasure of sampling various items from the menu, and each one surpassed my expectations. Saattvik isn't just a place to eat; it's an experience that makes you want to come back! (I highly recommended trying their specialty sandwiches, you won't be disappointed.
