We order at least once every few weeks! Food is always great and the staff is friendly! We love the chips and cheese and taco supreme. One of the best restaurants in the city!
My family and I ordered dinner and it was the worst food we've ever received from there. My sister and I split a Hawaiian pizza and it had no flavor at all. My mom ordered a Goloso which according to the menu is supposed to come with beef, beans, onion, sour cream, cheese and lettuce wrapped in a tortilla. There was barely any meat, no cheese, no sour cream, no onion and a spoonful of beans. The rest of the tortilla was filled with lettuce. My dads burrito was also flavorless. I called to let them know how bad the food was and they hung up on me. I didn't get nasty with them at all. When I asked to speak to a manager the girl asked what do you want he's kind of busy. I then spoke to the manager and told him I'm not sure who's in the kitchen and he interrupted me and told me he's their best cook and then hung up on me. The customer service is worse than their food and I would recommend it all be avoided. My family and I will never go back and we've been customers for 25 years.
We have been to San'a Ana's a couple of times. The food and service have always been excellent! They come up with a lot of their own recipes. Definitely not a cookie cutter Mexican restaurant!
I really enjoy the food at this place, especially the Mexican dishes. The shrimp taco salad is a favorite of mine. The service is great and the atmosphere is really nice.
