The Counter - Fremont

I really enjoy the chipotle turkey burger at this restaurant! The cranberries and green onion chipotle sauce really enhance the flavors. However, I have noticed that they have been skimping on the lettuce and onion lately.

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant. I am giving it 3 stars because the burgers were cooked to the correct temperature, which is something many places struggle with. However, I did not give it 5 stars because the burgers lacked seasoning when cooked, leaving the food tasting bland, a common issue at many places as well.

This place is amazing! The quality of their burgers is top-notch and will impress even the most discerning taste buds. The staff obviously takes pride in providing excellent service and it definitely shines through.

Ive ordered the Southern Fried Chicken sandwich in the brick and mortar restaurant, and its fabulous. Tonight through Door Dash, I ordered the same thing and there was a teaspoon of cole slaw and a bite of tomato. A REAL disappointment!

For burgers that cost almost $20 EACH, they are tiny. And lets not get me started on the patties, they are dried, cold and flavorless. If I were to buy frozen burger from Safeway, they probably would taste better. The Brussels sprouts are overcooked and they are old. Im out $50 and they ruined burger for me and my girlfriend.
