Bakery Delights - Fresno

It's a bakery and what do I know? Don't keep looking if you want roasted duck. Yes roasted ducks are sold here. Good price, good part. This sauce is like the A1 for steak. All right.

I ordered a roasted pork combo plate. Can't hear, wait her said but I think she just added the bbq pig as a bonus. Taste was great, not too salty or tasteless. Broccoli was cooked right. I also ordered a steamed bbq pork chop and a rice flour chop with some meat inside. Recommend the place if you don't want a foot and bang for your Buck.

Small small bakery in a strip-mall setting at the corner of Herndon and Cedar, in the bad Buds gas station shopping mall. More of a tomb and walk. When we left, there was a line and right. You have the best pig bell in Fresno if you are looking for catering. They are more expensive than other places $15 a pound) but worth it. Texture remains juicy after a few hours, as well as crisp skin. Fully roasted pig 60-65lb is about $350. I ordered a wedding from that time. I hope the quality of food remains the same at the wedding.

I remember coming here as a kid and now I come here on my own! The food and customer service is always great along with their amazing prices, so simple yet so satisfying. I highly recommend trying this place if you haven't!
