Chipotle Mexican Grill - Fresno

I came to this chipotle bc i had the big munchies. Ordered ahead from doordash and i got here at the time doordash said my order was done . i got there, it wasnt done. so i walked to the table and sat down and hit my blue dream 1g stizzy , and bob marleystarted playing, i started vibing. Very hard workers btw , working hard to get all those orders out the way. over all 5 starreview and worth the wait ????????????

This is by far the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Don't be misled by the seemingly positive five-star reviews; I've visited this location more than ten times, hoping that someone would acknowledge the issues and spark some change, but nothing gets better. This place cuts back on everything. When I ask for rice, I'm lucky to get a tablespoon, forcing me to order double meat just to get a decent portion. The queso sides are consistently only half full, and the bags of chips are also barely filled. The quesadillas hardly have any cheese on them. Whenever I express my concerns to the staff, all I get are dismissive looks and half-hearted responses to my complaints. I can't understand why I face these issues only at this location. I came across an article about Chipotle reducing portion sizes for online orders, but this restaurant shortchanges you right in front of you as they prepare your meal.

Outstanding location! I felt a bit nervous after reading some reviews, but this place ended up being the cleanest choice. We chose to stop here on our way home from Yosemite, and I'm so glad we did. The restaurant was spotless, and the staff was exceptionally friendly!

If you place an order from this restaurant through DoorDash (or GrubHub, for that matter), there's a 20% chance that your order will be incorrect. Although DoorDash tries to address the problem, this restaurant frequently makes errors.

Upon our arrival, a young woman was overseeing everything at the front. She had an amazing attitude, a lovely demeanor, and delivered outstanding customer service. Keep up the excellent work, and thank you!
