Deli Delicious #6 Shaw Marks - Fresno

I’m visiting from out of town, and unfortunately, my order was incorrect. I ordered a sandwich with everything except mayo, but when I got home and opened it, I found just bread, meat, and cheese. I called the next day, and the woman I spoke to handled the situation very professionally. On my next visit, I went back to the restaurant, and they remade the sandwich without making me feel uncomfortable.

Great service! I really enjoy their food overall. The fries were a bit soggy, but I took them home and crisped them up, and they were still tasty. The sandwich was prepared exactly as I ordered. The place was clean, too.

I really enjoy their sandwiches, but I've faced numerous issues at the Ashlan and Brawley location. I won't be returning because they've stated that they won't hire older individuals, claiming that it's not the type of candidate they're seeking and that older employees cause them difficulties. I would advise against visiting this place, as I've experienced other problems here as well.

Customer service was decent, not welcoming or talkative but it wasn't bad service. The food was excellent, way better than the downtown location. Better tasting AND better looking. Tasted more fresh, and time was put into making it how you want it.

They open till late. Came from madera to get their pesto chicken. Madera closes early. Thank you for good service as well.
