Never been inside but my experience going to the drive thru the person that spoke to me seem rude and talk like she wanted things to be over and go to the next. About the food everything tastes great. I have no complaints about the food. This is the first time I order the family meal. I got everything in full plates. I usually order the chicken Katsu plate. I would give a 5 stars but due to bad customer service it's a 4 stars only.

Food is consistently tasty and flaky, and shrimp is crunchy and tender. Mac salad has a great flavor. Rice always turns out well.

The chicken combo is plenty for 2 people. I really like the macaroni salad. The 2 different kinds of chicken is really good. It comes with white rice and a warm salad underneath!
