Also asked for a side salad instead of fries. It came pretty quickly! It was amazingly delicious! Very fresh ingredients! Everything tasted really good! The special sauce is really good too! The sandwich is pretty big. Two meals! The side salad was incredibly good too! Fresh ingredients! Loved the feta cheese and cranberries! Plus it only cost $5! They give you $10.99 to spend! Great service! Sarah was my server and easy to talk to. Scrumptious food! Highly recommended!
The hubby and I had really awesome burgers not too long ago and we were trying to remember where we had gotten them. We thought this might have been the place, but it wasn't. I had the bbq western bacon burger and the hubby had the avocado jalapeño burger...both were just OK. Funny thing, his burger didn't have ANY avocado on it. A couple who came in a bit after us had their food way before us. And that's the second time service was really slow. They weren't busy either time.
First of all our waitress was very attentive and friendly. The food! Well it simply SUCKED! For an $83 bill, the food needed a lot of help. Everybody got there food except me. I waited an additional 5 minutes for mine. I got the BBQ Whiskey Chicken Sandwich! It came with a whole tough and grisly chicken breast, grilled onions that were barely even grilled, a tiny bit of sauce, and an extremely soggy bun! For the side, there was about 20 shoe string fries, which I will say was the highlight of this meal! The Beer Battered Zucchini appetizer was really good! My wife's got the tri-tip sandwich pictured on the menu. It came with about 1/3 of the meat as the one in the pic. Very misleading! My son got apple wedges for his side and they came warm and brown. Probably from sitting under the heat lamp waiting to come to our table. All in all, for what you pay, it is not worth it! My advice...Don't waste your hard earned money here! Yes our server did try to address the problems. We shouldn't have to ask. The meals should be correct and of decent quality the first time.
Just had the most disgusting lunch ever. Ordered the nachos and my plate was so wet that literally 80% of my chips were not edible. The beans and topping were disgusting. The cheese wasn't even melted. My boyfriend got the pulled pork sandwich and it was small like the happy hour portion but they charged full price. He also asked for seasoned fries and got regular fries and there was barley any. Absolutely unacceptable for what we paid. I won't be going back!! At least not anytime soon
UDDATE!!!! So after my last visit here I was a little skeptical about coming back. Things went well but not great the last time (see my previous review below). I'm all about second chances so I decided to come back in and give it another shot. The hubs and I came in on a Friday night. The place stays open pretty late. There was a band setting up when we got there. We were seated right away and greeted by our server. I had a chance to speak with Sarah the general manager. She was so sweet. She recommended some items from the menu that were her fav. She explained how they hand press their hamburger patties and beer batter their fried fish right there in the restaurant. I decided to go with the cheeseburger with added bacon. The hubby went with the tri tip sandwich. Honestly, one of the best cheeseburgers I've had. The meat was cooked to perfection. The cheese was super melty, and the bacon was thick and crisp. The tri tip...woah. A huge difference from the last time we were here. It was smoky and had a pink tinge just the way we like it. It was piled high on the roll. Lots of meat with lots of flavor. The au ju sauce was a nice touch. I'm glad I decided to come back in and try this place again. I may have to check out their taco Tuesday night.
