Contribuisci feedbackThe food was disappointing. The Sikh kebabs were tough and seemed old. The biryani wasn't enjoyable either. I ordered butter chicken (malai) but was served curry chicken instead. First impressions matter, and this one didn't leave a good mark. The restaurant really needs to improve its quality. Food rating: 1/5.
I recently tried the butter chicken at Lahori Tikka, and it was fantastic! The chicken was cooked just right, and the spices were rich and flavorful. The portion was generous, and it was served with a side of rice. Overall, this restaurant is an excellent choice, and I highly recommend it! Kid-friendliness: This is a very child-friendly environment.
I spent another evening trying to decide what to have for dinner when I came across Lahori Tikka on Google. I recalled the reviews from food critics about Middle Eastern cuisine. After that, I called in and placed an order for Lamb Biryani and Beef Masala for pick-up. I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed! This was my first time trying this type of food, and anyone who hasn't experienced it is definitely missing out. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to myself, my friends, family, and even strangers. Thank you for taking the time to read my honest review!
The naan bread was completely burnt, and the other dishes were also poorly cooked and charred. Hasan, the sole server, was managing the entire restaurant on his own—cooking, taking orders, serving, and assisting customers. He seemed overwhelmed, and his lack of attention to cooking details while juggling multiple tasks led to the burnt food. Unfortunately, I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.
I am really disappointed because I visited this restaurant in 2020 and had a fantastic experience with delicious food. With those great memories in mind, I returned hoping to enjoy some samosas to go. However, when I picked up my order, the lady assisting me mentioned that there was tamarind sauce in the bag, but when I checked, there was none. I went back to ask about it, only to be told they don’t even offer tamarind sauce, which felt odd. When I finally took a bite of the samosa, I was let down to discover it was just a bland mix of potato, carrot, and peas with no spices at all. I am truly disappointed and won’t be ordering from here again.
