Little Caesars Pizza - Fresno

I’m all for supporting our next generation and fair wages, but I have to say, your staff was absolutely amazing—friendly and wonderful! However, I've noticed over the past few years that the breadsticks haven’t been cooked properly, and today they were flat and lacking in flavor. It seems like this has been a long-standing issue, and it reflects a failure on management's part for not maintaining quality. It's not the chef's fault; it’s the management’s responsibility to ensure things are done right. I’m from Detroit—let’s not let this restaurant go the same way as the Tigers!

This is by far the worst Little Caesars location. I visited twice, and both times the food was cold, but tonight was the worst experience. After receiving an email confirmation, I arrived to find my order wasn’t ready. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes, only to receive a lukewarm meal. My pizza looked like it had been sitting out for hours; it smelled bad and was so stale that I couldn't even cut through it. Don't waste your money here—save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

The customer service was outstanding. Even though they might have been short-staffed, the team was professional and on top of everything.

This pizza looks like? ya know. The fanceroni pizza from here sucked. I Had to cut my pizza. And this looks like a crust if you ask me but if it isn?t then this pizza is empty a inch around. Hollow and dry. They were empty when I went in and I ordered thru the pizza portal. Check the pizza before you leave this place.

The pizza and bread sticks are good. They advertise Hot and ready pizzas, but each time I have gone to get one I still end up waiting 20 minutes plus for my pizzas. Employees act like you are constantly bothering them if you ask any questions. I'm learning to really dislike this place. Good luck.
