Me-n-ed's Pizzeria - Fresno

A Fresno classic, and for good reason. The pizza is fantastic time, year after year.

Customer service wasn't so great. She said we'd get wings within 4 minutes and get them only after we got pizza. I went to the counter and asked for order and they didn't even say sorry. You said we had a lot of a line order. Then they put our pizza in a box. Way to waste the boxes. No one was friendly. They didn't seem like they wanted to work. They were so busy talking to each other instead of working.

As always, the experience was excellent. I noticed a sign inside indicating they train new staff to ensure the food remains fresh for longer. My meal arrived in a timely manner, so there's no need for concern on my part. I loved the combination of chicken, bacon, red onion, and plenty of drizzled BBQ sauce—a great idea!

I have visited several Me-n-ed's locations, and my family absolutely loves the food! However, this particular location had the worst staff I've encountered. They were rude and very slow. The restaurant wasn't even crowded at the time. I felt that the staff prioritized overpaid customers over everyone else. Overall, I am very disappointed.

The restaurant is a great place to eat, offering discounts. We really enjoy their pizza with pineapple toppings.
