The least place I go to, not because I don’t love it, I do. But if I ever am on Shaw shopping center area I always stop by. Customer service is always great. The employees there are always smiling and informative. Always ready to help. I love that. To have good employees, you needa good boss and to have a good boss you need good employees and I hope that is exactly the case! I love that they have games while customers wait. I’m glad I can chit chat about about them and get to know them.

Today, I made my way to my go to Boba shop, and to my delight, stumbled upon an ongoing Kpop event! This photo card trading extravaganza, organized by a local enthusiast, was not only free to enter but also beautifully integrated with Fresno's burgeoning Kpop scene and local Asian run businesses. Huge shoutout to Payu for orchestrating such a fantastic and community driven event! Additionally, I couldn't resist trying a watermelon smoothie with real watermelon bits an utterly delicious and perfect treat, especially on a cold day! The staff, despite the bustling crowd, were incredibly kind, and the place maintained impeccable cleanliness throughout.

It was amazing and beautiful in the lobby and I am so impressed of the good

They open at 12:00 but did not open until 12:15 and they got food delivered while they told us to wait to get inside. This is not how it works and they should not be getting food delivered while setting up because now the stuff is not clean and they did not even let us in at 12:15 we had to wait longer than that.
