The attitude and impatient, irritable demeanor of the drive thru attendant with the Mario brothers characters tattooed on his neck ruined a perfectly otherwise great experience, this same worker has had this same attitude for years and I'm wondering why is he still working

Okay I have to admit that it's not the best part of town but the guys that do work there are what makes it. Everytime I have gone in there is usually only 2 dudes and the white guy that works both windows (sorry I don't know his name)has to be the true definition of don't judge a book by it's cover. He looks like he's going to be a total you know what but, then he always recognizes that a customer is at the counter and will make sure to let you know that he'll be right with you and he is patient with the customers and will help with any questions. And I knew that they were kind of backed up so I came back in for my food and he had it ready but was waiting for me to pour my freeze so it didn't melt and it could be enjoyed fresh.

The delivery guy Angel was rude. He wouldn't let me explain my side of the situation for the misunderstanding. I am never ordering from Grubhub again.

Good for a quick bite. food is ok but better than some fast food....

Placed my order and didn’t get what I asked for and I can’t even get my refund. This place sucks. This location sucks! My food is cold and it tastes mid the patty is small like why ? The one on Shaw and west is the best !!!
