Great customer service! The ladies who edit the shop window must be moved or fired! My order was wrong, and they fought me to fix it, they took the food back (final) and threw it into the garbage then accused me stealing the tortilla, the women made in the window 1 of men dig in the back into the garbage, to make sure that the tortilla was there, got my new plate of food, my meat was old and hard, yet pink and there were some fat in my bad restaurant

RTS Burrito usually great. This time the fries were cold and very hard. No good experience.

Good eating and serving for almost reasonable prices. Nevertheless, and I will not recommend this place. the customer service here is absolutely terrible! it is honestly ridiculous and embarrassing how bad the service at this place is as honest. for one almost every time I left, they refuse to talk on the drive-dru speaker, so they sit there on someone to talk, but they won't until they first, and when they talk to them every time they have terrible attitude. then, when they order, they can sit in the window for a long time before they decide to stop chatting endlessly to talk to them and their payment only go back to chat and ignore their existence until their order is ready and they almost throw their stuff to them, so they can leave them alone, then they have better hope that they just got it right because when they are taken away after something on the side of the side. I have given them many chances, because I thought it might be just a bad day for someone or something, but it is every time at several places. I will probably never return to this place and I suggest that they also avoid it.

The food was terrible! The beans were pampered, the Mexican rice had no taste, and taquitos were so fat. I had to throw away food. I tried to call several times to let them know that the beans were corrupted, but they never answered! Cured!

Ordered 2 asada burritos and only got meat and pico de gallo inside both burritos, never going here again.
