Starbucks - Fresno

Columbus Day was zoo day for us and we decided to expedite our breakfast and coffee at this Starbucks. First impressions were that the baristas lacked personality. We had discovered that as much as first impressions go, they might be able to make that up in other areas. It kind of all went downhill after that.My wife received her decaf Americano first (out of our orders) and she did the usual confirmation of asking that barista, “this is decaf, right?” The girls response was, “oh, I don’t know.” She steps back and looks at the ticket, then says, “it was ordered as decaf so yeah, I would’ve definitely done decaf.” Not confidence inspiring, I assure you.Next came my hot Pumpkin Latte, which was good, and my sandwich. I came to discover my Reduced-Fat Turkey Bacon Breakfast Sandwich with egg white was provided open-faced and the cheese was stuck to the inner paper wrapping. Just an FYI, I did not make this special request. Fortunately, due some wax on the inner lining, I was able to get most of it off the wrapper with some cheese lost. Better than have some paper stuck to the cheese, if we are going glass half full at this point.Other than that, restroom was stocked up, tables had crumbs on both the interior and exterior, and it is quite spacious. I would definitely say that, though cramped, the location near Riverpark always gave warm vibes from their staff, and that type of welcome is always appreciated!

Ice Coffee to go was only cream. Person at window agreed then gave me another one that was all water. Absolutely Terrible. I threw it away. They ripped me off $4.50

This location is closed. Around the corner next to the FedEx store is the open one.

This new drive location is great!! staff was fast and friendly. The cafe feels less comfy than the previous location , but overall real nice upgrade. The only thing missing is a young lady that was working there for quite sometime, I believe her name was anela or angela, she was wonderful and always had the sweetest smile. Haven’t seen her in awhile, but I hope she comes back where ever she’s working at now. Thanks Starbucks!
