Sushi 'n ' Pop Incorporated - Fresno

First time here, it was pleasurable. The atmosphere and service was nice. I tried the shadow bridge roll; Shrimp tempura,avocado,crab and cucumber on the inside Albacore,spicy garlic sauce, fried onions and eel sauce on the outside. It was delish!

The sashimi salad is a steal! The amount of fish you get on this salad is insane for the price. I've only ever ordered food to-go and the process was seamless and my food was ready when I arrived. One small issue that probably wouldn't have been an issue if I was dining in, some of the rolls don't list the imitation crab in them. I'm not a huge fan of imitation crab so I would have ordered differently had it been noted. Despite this the rolls I've ordered were still very tasty.

This is my first time here and my dad said it was good, so I was looking forward to it. There were only two tables in the restaurant, but they made us wait to be seated. Most tables were left dirty, but we ended up being sat at a very large table for two. Service was not very well done, it was one of the family members birthdays, so they were all huddled around a cake that the mother had brought. The girl would occasionally check up on us or deliver food but wasn't too attentive. I'm all about a family establishment but service has to come first. Food was definitely good and I will add it to my list of sushi places that I like to go.

I 'm so disappointed. People door dash clearly because they don 't have access to one of three of their vehicles or for many other reasons. They don 't care at all about their customers. They didn 't send the largest roll of my order. No silverware. No flavor in the California roll. No soy sauce. No napkins. Terrible. I will NEVER purchase from here again. And when I called it was like oh you 'll have work it out with door dash wow!

I'm still impressed. Even after not eating here for a few months, the food is still the same. Consistency is key. The quality is still great. The fish is fresh. I still highly recommend. And the give the fattest pieces of fish. And the biggest rolls. They definitely don't skimp. Quality and quantity.
