I've always seen the little boba counter off to the side within jpot but never really heard much about them or seen them advertised so I decided to finally give them a try. Standing what felt like forever trying to decide what new to try on their large menu, I finally decided to try the panda tea with boba. My go to is usually a basic Thai iced tea with boba as a safety, but I wanted to experiment. The cashier who took my order highly recommended the panda tea to me as well and told me that if I didn't like it, he'd make me a different tea to my liking. One sip of the panda tea and I was hooked! I didn't need to get a replacement drink as I was HIGHLY satisfied with the panda! Not only do they have friendly customer service but rich tasting tea! Give them a try!

Great service! Angelica was the one who helped me. The drink was a bit on the sweet side for me, but she corrected it right away and was very kind.

Bad service. I asked if they could do a drink with just milk and boba since they have both ingredients and they refused to do it. My friends ordered right before me and forgot to add boba to their drinks (that still hadn't been made) I asked if they could charge me for the boba and just add boba to their drinks (my friends were right next to me and wanted to try it) and they also told me no. I ended up ordering a Taro Latte and the outside of the cup was covered in syrup. Would not return.

After visiting this restaurant about six times, I believe it truly deserves my five-star review. Honestly, this is my favorite spot for milk tea. Why? Because I fell in love with their Oolong tea topped with sea salt crema, and I've never looked back since. I've tried the same drink at other places, but nothing compares. Their hospitality is wonderful on most days, although it can be a bit rushed and direct during busy times. I genuinely love this tea place—love is a word I don't use lightly. The quality and homemade ingredients make all the difference!
