Wetzel's Pretzels - Fresno

I had a disappointing experience during my visit today. Normally, this location is known for its good quality and customer service, but that wasn't the case today. I stopped by for a quick after-work snack for my son, and we only ordered one portion of pretzel bites. Once we got home, my son noticed that they were old, cold, and hard, as if they had been sitting out for hours. I didn't want to go back, so now we’re stuck with pretzel bites that he won’t eat. It would be great if they improved their quality control to ensure that customers receive what they pay for.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the service was very quick. I ordered the cherry boba lemonade, and it was absolutely delicious!

We entered the restaurant just as two large groups had finished their meals, so we weren't expecting excellent customer service. However, we were pleasantly surprised! The staff was quick and attentive, even with the busy crowd, and they had fresh, hot, delicious pretzels ready for us. The pretzels were beautifully crispy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside—perfectly complemented by a side of mustard.

Came to get something else. mix the menu! ordered a badge of simple brezels with pizza, jalapeño cheddar and cheddar cheese sauce. not the best service. Oh good! paid for the order and left! for the luck the Brezel-Bitz was really good! especially with the Jalapeño-Cheddar sauce. I wish the service would be better! definitely recommend for the taste!

This is my third times coming here. Customer service was horrible as always. It doesn't seem like service will get any better.
