Eating here is really good, many traditional and healthier options too. great coffee mats and baked. the atmosphere is also picturesque with great seating in the open. the owner was friendly and welcoming. I would give him five, but the prices are simply crazy high, even in comparison to other island breakfast places where you can feed three people for about 25 less.
The food is really good and the deck dining is charming. Don't miss a breakfast or a lunch here when you're in town. The bacon...Wow...I could have eaten just the bacon for breakfast!
Really great decaf latte. Just a warning though that the gluten free pastries contain almond flour and are not nut free the kitchen insisted they were but the actually ladies baking them said they all contain almond flour. The sliced gf bread is purchased and shouldn't have any almond flour in them. Will have to try the food here sometime. They have lots of gf options.
Easily among my top two Friday Harbor eateries! Tasty, comforting French Onion soup with a perfect cheese and bread crust on top suits a cool day. Mostly though I feel the burger might be the best on the island. Add some avocado to the top and it's a deliciously juicy burger, accented by the bacon jam and creamy avocado texture! I forgot to add on cheese and it was still just right! We will definitely make a return trip.
