Everelse - Friday Harbor

Love when Everelse is open when we come to island. And now they have a pizza oven!!! The toppings are delicious, but the dough is what really makes a pizza outstanding and this dough was perfection .Had Father's day brunch here today, wow!

We had the pleasure of coming to Everelse for an event over the last weekend, and it's the perfect spot for a breezy, summer get-together. It has that sunny and friendly charm that you can find all over the island, both in its space, its layout, and staff. While I saw a lot of different wine options during our visit, I unfortunately didn't get to try any, and will make a point to in a future visit. However, they have a great rose lemonade, and it pairs well with their savory food offerings.The star of our lunch was the flatbread pizza with lamb. The marinade they used with the meat was so savory and umami and I was a fool to not get more of it. The flatbread dough itself was nice and firm, and at no point did I feel like I needed to tear it apart with my mouth. It might be a tad salty for some with the addition of olives, but hey, I'm not going to complain about that.And as a side note, they also have celiac-friendly options if you need them!

Great place to grab breakfast reasonably priced, tasty and friendly service. Thoroughly recommend!

We went here for brunch on Sunday and the food is over the top. Perfect and charming place, with inside and outside tables. We'll be back soon!

Would have loved to try, but swing by at 5pm on Saturday (02/05/22) and they were closed contrary to what google has as their hours so don’t know if they are working on a alternative schedule.
