Mcmillin's Dining Room - Friday Harbor

McMillin is a stunning restaurant located in Roche Harbor, offering an even more spectacular view of the marina! Our bed and breakfast host recommended McMillin, and it certainly met our expectations. The bread served with a balsamic and olive oil dipping sauce was amazing. For our appetizers, we enjoyed the crab-stuffed scallops, which set the perfect tone for our delightful entrees: spring seafood linguini and the blue cheese salad. The blue cheese salad has a strong blue cheese flavor, which may not be to everyone's taste, but we loved it! The spring seafood linguini was impeccable and perfectly balanced, featuring a variety of seafood that made the dish truly special.

I had an extraordinary culinary experience that has forever changed my taste buds. After dining here, everything else just pales in comparison. The food, service, sunset flag ceremony, and the view of the harbor were all absolutely fantastic. My only regret is that I don’t live closer, so I could enjoy this remarkable place more often.

The service was very good and the food was excellent; tasty and decent portions. The prices seemed to be a bit on the high side, which is why I've rated one star lower than 5. I know, everything is more expensive these days, but even so, the prices were high for what it was. It is a marina and resort so I was expecting high priced food. Again, it was very good food.
