I generally support local businesses, but still, many things have to be improved: the griddle is really rusted and with a lot of grease. the cook was not really cleaning the griddle between dishes. ingridents and condiment was put in an unorganized way, the cook run back and forth to find things. So you have to wait for quite a long time partly b/c the cook is not doing things efficiently. More importanly, the food quality is not high enough and I am a little bit worried about the hygien especially the uncleaned and rusted griddle.
Oh my god the chicken teriyaki is delicious. Took a little while to cook, but so worth it. Stella is also super nice and chatted with me about the best beer to pair with her cooking!! Thanks!
A local recommended Stella’s and it was delicious, Thurs-Sat behind Brickworks. We all had the chicken and pork teriyaki and the beef bulgogi. My favorite was the slaw garnish..it had the tiniest kick to it and complemented the meat so well.
Got the Thai noodle salad with chicken, dumplings, and lasagna bolognese. All were very good and flavorful! Thai noodle salad had a nice hint of spice and the chicken was cooked perfectly, very juicy. Sauce on the noodles is super flavorful and big portion size too. Dumpling skins were top notch, thin and soft but also strong and didn't rip. 10/10 would recommend
