Whataburger - Friendswood

The food here is excellent and served piping hot. I'm especially fond of their pancakes; they're incredibly fluffy! However, my only complaint is that they take quite a long time to prepare the food, especially for takeout orders. They need to improve in this area, given that they are part of the fast food industry.

My favorite order is a double or triple burger with mustard, lettuce, and cheese, along with a handful of fries stuffed inside. Oh, and I have to mention the cleanliness of the restaurant—it was spotless and had a fresh smell, free from that stale old restaurant odor. The bathroom was also well-maintained. Overall, I would definitely return to this location and found it worth the extra effort to choose this one over the other two nearby.

When visiting a fast food chain, you usually have a good idea of what to expect. That being said, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my food was served. It was well-prepared and matched my expectations perfectly.

I got curbside here a few weeks ago on my way home and have no complaints. My food came out pretty fast, was hot and fresh and exactly how I ordered it. The guy who brought it out was friendly enough too. If I was nearby, I'd be fine with stopping hereagain.

My husband and I can not say enough good about this Whataburger. We live within a couple of minuets of another Whataburger but we bypass it to come to this one. Jeff the manager, Ranjeeta, Maria and Adam all seem to be very passionate about making surethe customers are always happy. The only downfall we have found with Whataburger is when we go on vacation, we take ourWhataburger bag with us as an oversized tote to the beach and through the towns.
