Boba Latte Frisco

I went about 21:45 to watch and the hired said they were closed. but in google they said they closed at 10 o'clock. the personal was also rude. if you close at 21:30, please change your hours in google and train your employees some customer service skills. I like boba latte and use my friends to recommend, but I guess it's not the same anymore.

Such a great place to sit down! Everyone is friendly! The popcorn chicken is a bit salty but very delicious. My favorite drink has to be the Passion Sunrise!! Definitely worth trying out!

One of the best places to get boba, has a very wide array of delicious drinks as well as food. All the food is halal aswell so it's a great place to eat for anyone.

Giving them 2 stars because their drinks taste good. Their service is probably the worst out of all the boba places in the Frisco area. Since covid started, we always called our drinks in so we can just go in, pay, and pick up. For the past few months it takes about 4-5 calls for them to answer the phone.. and when you do actually get ahold of them, it still takes them 20-25 minutes to actually get you your drinks, so what’s the point of even calling it in? Their seals on the drinks are not properly closed all the time and when you shake your boba (like you’re supposed to) the drink spills all over you??All in all just be prepared to wait a while for your drinks.. even if there’s not a long line. This is the only boba place in the Frisco area that takes this long.. no other boba places take this long even if they’re twice as busy. It’s even more annoying when they get your order wrong (wrong size, wrong toppings, missing drinks? It’s a shame because their drinks are pretty good, and with all the competition here, people will stop coming if you don’t work on your management and service.

Great staff here who were super friendly! Their menu is extensive and they were very helpful. I tried their Vietnamese Coffee and it was strong AF! So good!
