Dee Lincoln Prime - Frisco

I had a 5:30pm reservation and had to be at an event at 6:30. We didn’t get seated until 5:55 after talking to a manager. We ordered appetizers right away so it would not take long compared to the main steak courses. The waiter told us that our food would be out quick and 30 mins later we still didnt have our food. We had to leave the restaurant at 6:30 without food. Was very excited to eat here, the ambiance and decor is wonderful but poor service and management.

I made a reservation weeks ago for 5:30 dinner prior to ACM awards at the Star. We weren't seated until 6:15 PM. By then it was too late to eat a full meal due to the show starting at 7pm. Our party of four could only be served appetizers. Each of us had one drink two shrimp and a half of a crab cake. The bill was $200. At no time while we were waiting did a host check in on us. I had to keep going to the wait front and ask for our table. Each time they asked my name as if I just walked in. I was offered no accommodations or apologies. This was a total **** show. The restaurant was poorly suited to handle the crowd of people. I attribute it to greed and ineptitude. I live close to the Star and I will tell everyone I know that it's poor food and service. I will never eat there again and will give my business to Capital Grille and Del Frisco. Dee Lincoln was alreadyva cliqish and overrated place and now they've proven to be inept at running a restaurant.

The food and service at this restaurant were exceptional. However, we were not seated until 45 minutes after our reservation time, which caused us to rush through our meal in order to make it to an event. We made the reservation over two months in advance for my wife’s birthday, anticipating a busy day. The staff seemed to struggle with managing table turnover during peak times and did not offer an apology for the delay. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

It was an amazing Mother’s Day brunch with my family. Everyone enjoyed appetizers, drinks and delicious food. The service was above and beyond! I Highly recommend!

Wonderful dinner tonight as always. Excellent service as well. Our waiter was Arif and he was awesome, attentive, and caring. Made the bill easier to swallow. I just said that huge bill was for the best service. Then it was easy to pay
