Contribuisci feedbackI don’t live anywhere near this place but have heard great things about Hurts so I decided to stop by after taking my fiancé and his little brother out for a fun night out in the area. From the moment we stepped in the door, our experience wasn’t the best. The guy working couldn’t be bothered to greet us and seemed extremely annoyed that we were even there. I tried giving him the benefit of the doubt because it was late (around 1am) and thought maybe he was tired, but they are a 24-hour donut shop and we were in and out within 10-15 mins. I ordered 8 donuts, paid (even tipped the guy at least $6+ despite his awful customer service), and we sat down and decided to each try 1 we had picked out. It wasn’t until this time I had realized that 6 out of the 8 donuts were cake donuts; which none of us are big fans of. The guy working didn't care enough to tell us that one of the cases is filled with only cake donuts. Again, first timers here so we had no idea and it’s not like it’s easy to tell when the donuts are covered with different toppings. Just another example of awful customer service. After about 7-8 mins, we decided to leave and I figured I’d buy a couple regular donuts to take home (now that I knew which case had what). After going back up to the counter to order a couple more, the employee legitimately rolled his eyes at me when he went to grab a box. I assume he probably thinks I didn’t see him but I did and was honestly confused as to why our presence was annoying him so much. Maybe he shouldn’t work the overnight shift or maybe he just shouldn’t work in a customer service job period.I was really disappointed that the customer service was so awful because I had high hopes for this place. I also feel like I wasted money on donuts that we wouldn’t have picked had we known one entire case was only cake donuts. We tried the cake donuts anyway and they were dry but the regular donuts were decent so there’s that I guess.Their emergency donut vehicle will be in our city this Friday but after the experience we had, I unfortunately won’t be purchasing anything from Hurts again or visiting their store.
Donuts were dry. It was fun to see all the different flavors but not the best donuts in town. Kids had fun picking out their favorite
Nice staff but stale donuts. $15 bucks for a half dozen stale donuts? Nah, I won't be back.
Pretty good donuts. A friend told me about this place. I’m pretty picky when it comes to sweet things, so there were only two options for me.Cheesecake and cookies and cream I believe. They’d taste better fresher, but that’s okay. I went at 02:00, so I can’t complain.I will definitely be drinking water with these based off how rich and cake like they are. They’re thick donuts tbh.Like you probably need like 2 at most if you aren’t fat. However im fat. But you didn’t expect that twist, did yuh?Anyways, good donuts and pair with water or milk. It’s worth it if you want something heavy to hold you over.Cinnaholic is good too. I suggest them first, and then this place second.
First time visitor, before I made the purchase, I asked the staff if the Apple Fritter has apples on the inside...? The person was very nice and friendly at the said yes... When I got home to my surprise, no apples in the middle of my fritter
