La Hacienda Ranch Frisco

I know this place has been recently renovated, but navigating it feels like walking through a maze! I constantly worry about bumping into a window or a mirror because these hallways are quite disorienting. The menu is somewhat pricey, but I suppose that's expected for a restaurant that caters to tourists. My sister is vegetarian, and I don't eat cheese, so we found ourselves with almost nothing to choose from on the menu—actually, not a single option. Thankfully, our server Jack was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. He recommended ordering an à la carte side of guacamole, tortillas, rice, and beans, which turned out to be a fantastic suggestion! These items weren't listed on the main menu, so we likely wouldn't have thought to order them without his guidance. We're really grateful for his excellent service; otherwise, we might have ended up feeling annoyed and hungry. My friend tried the fish tacos, which were a bit on the salty side, but the tortilla soup was delicious and reasonably priced. On a side note, the deer and bear heads adorning the walls are a bit unsettling. Thanks again to Jack for his great service!

If I could rate this place with 10 stars, I definitely would! The food was absolutely incredible, the service was outstanding, and the prices were just right. The margaritas were generously poured with tequila. The staff was among the friendliest I’ve ever encountered, from the hostess to our server Mizuki, and even the manager who stopped by each table to ensure everything was going well. This was truly one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in my life. I can't wait to return!

My wife and I had lunch, today 10/5/24. This was our first time to the Frisco restaurant on Preston Rd. I had previously visited the, now closed, Lewisville restaurant back in 2014. You did not disappoint. Food (piping hot the we like it), service and atmosphere were superb just as I remember. Our server, Garrett, was outstanding. Great personality. We will definitely return. We live in Denton, need a restaurant there, so it's a 40 minute drive for us but, well worth it. Thank you for a great experience.
