Nothing Bundt Cakes - Frisco

Pros the cake is excellent. pro, the staff is friendly and helpful and the place is very clean and very good size. the cakes are fresh and very well made.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a gluten free bundlet on Thursday and paid for it and scheduled to pick it up on Saturday. Went to pick it up on Saturday and they had sold out. I asked how they had sold out if I had already and ordered and paid for it on Thursday. Super frustrating because I had taken time and thought for a friend's birthday to plan something special for her since she is gluten intolerant and so I just think it's super ridiculous when I order and pay for something that this place would not fulfill the order and give it away. I will not be back.

Do not order for delivery from this place. You select a window for delivery, if you call they say…the driver left with your order 30 min ago…wait 40 min…call again to be told the driver just left and he will be here with the delivery within an hour already 20 min past your delivery window). If we schedule a delivery it is because we need the cake at a specific time. If you are busy, either hire more drivers or block certain window frames so you don’t overbook yourself…definitely Do Not Lie to the client!!! Will not purchase from this place again!!

Cake was good but service was extremely rude. I was taking my mom and sister since they were from out of town. I noticed that they didn't have any of the white chocolate raspberry and the case so I asked if they either had the little buntlets or the cake size in the back she asked if I would wait when she answered the phone call I said of course stood there waited patiently as the other lady took the guest behind us. I didn't mind but then when she came back she was rude and just said which one do you want. I told her whichever one is available I either wanted five little bundt cakes or the 8 in round. Whichever one they had cuz again she never answered which was available. I don't know what her issue was we came at about 6:00 so it wasn't like it was right before closing or anything like that. Again cake was good but service was absolutely rude and uncalled for.
