Romano's Macaroni Grill - Frisco

The lunch atmosphere was nice and quiet. I have no complaints. The service was excellent.

The food was decent, but it was clearly pre-ground or frozen and then reheated. At our table of five, none of the meals were served at the same time.

We celebrated Valentine's Day with dinner at this restaurant, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. We had to wait 40 minutes past our reservation time because they were "overbooked." When our food finally arrived, my wife's dish was completely cold. On a positive note, the service we received was good, but overall, it didn't meet our expectations.

We had reservations for 830pm and was seated until after 9pm. They were sold out of several items on the menu. Food took very long to come out. We left the restaurant at almost 11:30pm

We went to Romanos, in Mckinney, on Christmas. Even though we made reservations, it still took awhile to be seated. Once we were seated, it took at least 30 minutes to get waited on. On Valentine's, it took 40 minutes to be seated, again, we made reservations. Once we were seated and ordered, we were told that several item on the Valentine's menu were out of stock.
