Shoji Sushi Hibachi - Frisco

The classic hibachi experience you expect and go out for performance, flair, excellent dining experience with the upbeat casual atmosphere. Could not recommend more. We went for out sons birthday and he was enthralled, impressed and happy greatoption and a 5 star example ????????????????????????

The food was good, so it's worth a stop if you're in the area. I didn't try the sushi, but the other dishes were decent. The salad had a bit too much leafy greens for my taste. The noodles were just okay. There are plenty of other dining options if you're not nearby. The service was friendly, though!

Tonight, with our server on the sushi side, the problem was similar—there was a lack of communication. They brought out dishes for only three of the five in our party, and we had to ask about the rest of our meal, which they seemed to have forgotten. In short, if you have patience, don’t have high expectations for service, and are in search of decent Asian food (by Dallas metro standards), it’s worth a visit.

The food was good, but they added an extra $20 to our tip! There were four of us, and we left a generous tip in cash. However, they added their own tip after we had already signed the receipt. That's downright theft! We will definitely not be returning. If they did this to us, I’m sure they’ve done it to others as well.

The food was great and the waiting staff went beyond and beyond!
