What the management needs to understand is this area has a bunch of boba places to choose from close by. Hiring people that don’t care nor want to be there makes your customers think the same. For the price and lousy service, I’d literally rather go across the street where they are nicer (and cheaper
I ordered a brown sugar milk tea and the it tasted like a cup of regular milk with SOGGY tapioca pearls. On top of that, I attempted to pay with a prepaid gift card and the card was not working with their system. The girl at the front was very nice and tried to accommodate me. She called her boss to ask if there is anything she could do. The boss then proceeded to talk to me over the phone in a very disrespectful and condescending tone. It was not an issue for me that I wasn't able to pay with the gift card but after being yelled at over the phone by the boss and the drink was not good at all, I should've kept my money. There's 100 other boba places around and I will not return.

The prices are a little higher than some of the neighboring boba places, but after trying it, it was definitely worth it. The boba was warm and tender, and was the freshest boba I have ever had. I didn't get a chance to take a picture of my large brown sugar pearl latte because it's deliciousness caused me to finish it quickly.
Staff was quick with our drinks, and the drinks were really good. Jelly and boba was soft. I got iced lemon green tea less ice less sugar, and it really hit the spot for a hot summer afternoon.
Bad tasting Cafe Latte from Yi Fang. Most Tea places will replace your drink if you don't like it but with Yi Fang they wont. So make sure you know what you are ordering. This drink was 7. Yes I wasted my .
