L Dees Pancake House - Front Royal

This restaurant is a classic small town diner serving delicious comfort food like great omelettes and good coffee. They only accept cash and serve breakfast and lunch until 2pm. The only downside is the long line on Sundays from the after-church crowd. Just remember to skip the glass cabinet of pies.

This restaurant is amazing, from the ambiance to the wide selection on the menu, and particularly the exceptional staff. The only thing that would make my experience even better is if the chef could prepare a rare burger for me.

A friend and I drove from Winchester for breakfast and it was definitely worth the trip!! It was so busy when we arrived, we got the last table! I have a baby in a car seat and the staff were so thoughtful in trying to get us the best table to fit the baby. Our server was a sweet older lady. She was so friendly and attentive and something about her made you feel like you were at grandmas house! I got an omelette and I thought it was great. No big to-do just a normal omelette and I loved it. My friend got the French toast meal and it looks delicious, she said it was great! The prices were very reasonable and the place was cute! I will be back and I recommend others try it!

This is the best breakfast I've ever had! Unfortunately, I couldn't snap a picture of my food because I finished it so quickly—it was just that delicious! The atmosphere reminds me of a classic diner, which I really enjoy. The location on the historic old Main Street is fantastic, and the meals are beautifully prepared by a family-owned establishment. If you're ever in the mood for a great breakfast, you have to stop by here! Just a heads up, they only accept cash, so hopefully they'll upgrade that soon.
