L'dees Pancake House - Front Royal

I visited this place on July 6th, 2024, but unfortunately, I didn't get to try the food. The rudest waitress I've ever encountered decided I wasn't good enough to be seated at her table. As a single diner, she insisted I wait for a seat at the counter, which was already full, so she could seat a more profitable group where the hostess had told me to sit. Her audacity and rudeness left me so enraged that I lost my appetite and left. This woman needs a lesson in customer service and basic decency. Dining alone is already challenging, but being treated as if I don't matter enough to sit at a table and eat breakfast is unacceptable. If you can't treat all customers with respect, it's time to leave the restaurant business. As someone who also works in the industry, here's some advice: YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG!

Bring cash. They do not accept cards. We went 4th of July. Very busy and had limited hours for today. Definitely family friendly type place. We got omelets. Bacon and cheese and their western. Both were great. Would come back for lunch.

Sausage Gravy and Eggs were great! At L’Dees you better show up hungry.

Our favorite place for breakfast and early brunch!!! The menu covers excellent 'down home ' breakfast and lunch items. But the real stars are their staff! They treat you like family from the owner (Becky), to the wait staff, to their two chefs, including their dishwashers...we know and love them all. But get there early there may be a waiting line, and they close around 1pm. Good food and meet your new family it 's definitely worth the wait.

A friend and I drove from Winchester for breakfast and it was definitely worth the trip!! It was so busy when we arrived, we got the last table! I have a baby in a car seat and the staff were so thoughtful in trying to get us the best table to fit the baby. Our server was a sweet older lady. She was so friendly and attentive and something about her made you feel like you were at grandmas house! I got an omelette and I thought it was great. No big to-do just a normal omelette and I loved it. My friend got the French toast meal and it looks delicious, she said it was great! The prices were very reasonable and the place was cute! I will be back and I recommend others try it!
