Starbucks - Front Royal

I had such a delight coming in today and getting Starbucks. I am a regular and by a long shot is this girl named Sarah the BEST employee. She is always hard working and treats her customers with nothing but respect. She is the only one who can make my drink correctly. Live Laugh Love Starbucks

If you like lukewarm weak coffee, this is the place to go. The first time I went here the coffee was great. The last two times it has been awful. I think my coffee was probably sitting in the carafe for hours.

I saw Kristin Chenoweth here a few years ago. So, that was cool.

Wish there was we could rate just an employee because I really enjoy this store. I’ve never had an issue until today. I come in every morning and get the same thing. I pick up for my staff that I work with as well as mine. As I’m standing there Elsa is making fun of one of my staff members drink because they like it on the sweet side. One of the employees is trying to tell her that I’m standing right there and I even wave while she continues to make looks. Just don’t feel like that was really needed. Yes my staff member likes a lot in her drink but don’t need to pick fun. She would’ve been upset and embarrassed if she was standing right there with me.

Employees, (8 of them visible) we're too consumed talking among themselves to complete my order in a timely manner, made me feel irrelevant and a nuisance for them. Same waiting at counter, and again while preparing my coffee.
