The food was good and service was friendly. They were a little understaffed with tons of empty tables and a 20 min wait when we went, but the service was good. My wife received the wrong order and it had to be remade, but she liked it once corrected.
Had a wonderful dinner out with my Papa, waitstaff was great! Lady took really good care of us. Thank you very much .
A true hit or miss. We have had some downright absolute terrible service here from waiters and waitresses, other times have been great! Food is SO expensive but good... sometimes! You kinda have to demand for your bottomless fries which drives me away, a good waitress there will offer to bring you some, many of them don't. SO, you're taking a chance for sure going here regarding every aspect. If we go here now it's once in a blue moon. Last time service and food was so poor I don't know if we will ever go back. But hey, the people next to us had a way better waiter, maybe you'll get that guy LOL!
Our family of 6 have been dining at this location for many years. About a year ago, we noticed the prices went up a lot. We quit going and decided to give it another try again a year later. We decided today we will not return again. In this day of high inflation and soaring prices, as a business owner myself, you must be able to offer a product and or service that is attractive to the guest. Other restaurants were packed for lunch this sunday and had long wait times. Red Robin was maybe at 30 percent capacity. Sad to see a once good, friendly and fun casual restaurant in such rapid decline like this.
