Obviously this is a customer service job, but who is working at the front desk and answering the calls definitely needs to do better at that. The man was rude on the phone when I was ordering cutting me off and honestly made me want to not even go through with my order. He seemed annoyed by everything as if he absolutely hated his job. And that’s not how paying customers want to be treated. I get everybody has bad days, but dang, maybe call of or something because that experience made me not want to go back.
My order was replaced from a previous order in the week. I received one of the best pizzas I have eaten and the boneless wings were also very nicely made. A big thank you goes out the night crew on Marcos East Gore.
Worst takeout experience ever! They transferred my order to DoorDash even though I never ordered through DoorDash and the Dasher couldn’t come on a military post. He left my food at the gate and I had no way of getting it. DoorDash nor Marco’s would refund me my money and the manager was so rude about the whole situation as if it was my fault.
