Subway - Ft Walton Beach

Apparently I am supposed to believe they do not have a toilet for customers or staff to use as they claim it has been broken for almost six months. The last time I visited this subway I was charged for double meat when I did not receive double meat. All I wanted was the 20 pieces of meat called for in a Spicy Italian and not the 12 in a Pizza Sub. Needless to say when I heard the same line about the bathroom today I walked out the door and will not return.

They usually always make my food right but today they didn’t do what I asked and I’m pretty upset about it

Very rude black woman everytime we come in. She comes to the counter like we are bothering her my husband asked for handful of pickles on the sandwich she put them on and then he wanted a few more at the end. She looked at us and said I can't be putting any more pickles. My husband goes there two times a week. He turned around and did not get the sandwich... The man that works there is very nice always makes us feel comfortable. And says no problem about the pickles. My husband said don't worry we will never go back

No public restroom for paying customers is pretty ridiculous being that this is “Veteran Owned” in a military town! Very poorly managed.

Yoooo. I came in today to get a sandwich and asked for a smiley face amount of olives. The dude actually took the time to make a smiley face out of olives. 10/10 love this place. This isn’t just a subway. It’s the right way.
