The restaurant the lighthouse is located on the Fuencarral road just outside the pardo. its only stick is the distance that if it is not with car it is difficult to arrive but so views appreciate it and offers a great parking for the whole free public. I must say that the service is exquisite; from the moment you enter the door, when you are taken to the table until the moment you go out; you will feel at all times well attended because of the great kindness of your staff. The food is exquisite. I could recommend so different incomings especially so crispy cheese sticks with caramelized onion or in my opinion one of the best scrambled clay that you have tried. among the main dishes I would recommend to taste the merluza with mushroom sauce without underestimating its wide variety of canes. All this is watered with a good wine.We must say that the restaurant is not especially cheap, but also prices are not spared, from time to time it is worth paying for so beautiful restaurant and unblemished attention.
