It was a total surprise when we arrived. it was elevated, but the perfect amount. (complete to order the fresh dumplings) the food was top shelf, very fresh made and specially selected ingredients like the mais fed huh has such a wonderful taste it.(try them fresh made there real dumplings) I had no complaining, the atmosphere was also beautiful inside or outside. but this family knows what it does from cooking to wine decisions etc.

During a recent business trip to nürnberg, I had the luck to take over this little gem of a restaurant in Germany, “stumble”. I say that I have visited more than 160 different countries, I claim to know something or two when it comes to good eating and especially Asian restaurants. “Chopstick” announces fine Asian restaurants on its website and they are not exaggerated! the restaurant is operated by a man and woman team, with which man the responsibility of the kitchen, his wife the hospitality and probably their guests. After we were greeted with a warm and professionalism were rarely experienced in a restaurant, we were shown on a very nice table on the large open terrace. the restaurant itself is nothing like its run of the Asian mill, in which regular decorated in red and gold color with grinning small buddha statutes and waving cats everywhere. Instead offer a very modern restaurant with natural colors and materials to reconcile warm and taste, a firm for their eyes, even before food was served. from the uttered, but very interesting menu you could immediately see that the standard “sweet sour” is not served here, but the menu sports very fascinating compositions of, seasonal adjusted, produce, immediately show that the chef has the very great interest in creating a fusion of kambodian, thai, vietnamese, Korean and Chinese cuisine by having selected excellent local sign. let me point to the thema that anyone who calls this restaurant expensive should go to the above mentioned red and golden decorated numerous of large tellers, stale food restaurants can find them a lot around as they are able to meet their low food standards. chopstick does not comppromise about the quality of their products, instead they calculate their prices very sharp, so that they enjoy the fantastic dishes they dream at a more than fair price, offering excellent value for money. when the ordered dishes arrived, they were presented very aesthetically on beautiful tellers with clear hands in the Thai cuisine, which places a focus on beautiful presentations. the food itself was cooked to perfection and the tastes were well balanced, with the cook even catering for individual requests about the amount of flavor. to complete the experience, an impressive selection of spirits is also made available to the discerning expert, allowing them to expand their horizon with expertly selected snaps, gin, sake and Japanese whiskey. however, what the culinary experience of good eating raised to an excellent experience was the never experienced hospitality of the owner. she somehow managed to feel like a long-time friend at the first encounter and the feeling remained everywhere. she supervised the service adler, was always there without ever being intrusive – a very rare gift that can only be explained by understanding that she sees each of her customers as her personal guest. will I go back? now, let me come in and tell you that the next night we have left to make sure that we have tried the menu on its extension and everything was pure excellent application
