The fuji is now called samurai fuji and is generously rebuilt.The sushi is good. but the mix is not true. for the attached price should be the selection more extensive.But rarely was the sashimi am band. The service needs training when ordering and asking if everything fits. was good enough to clean up.

We were back in fuji for the first time after the rebuild yesterday and it was our two thoughts also the last time. the price for running sushi has been increased from 8.90 to 11.90€ at midday to last time visit by saying and writing 33.7%, and a time limit of one hour has now been introduced. we were quickly led to a place at the band and our drinks order was also immediately received. after 25 min. still no drinks had we complained about the service and then had to wait about 10 minutes until they were finally served without any apologies. what has been noticed in this long waiting period is that from the side of the staff completely overwhelmed for us, very much restless and hectic is spread, although locally at this time only about a third was filled. eating has no longer the quality and the usual quiet background music is now replaced by loud and no longer the ambiente matching music. we felt very uncomfortable and were very disappointed.

Good, running sushi there are many in the meantime, the fuji is one of them. at midday mostly well visited and from the price-performance ratio in order. Of course, the price affects the variety of sushi. in the evening the selection is larger and more exclusive, but somewhere the price must be calculated. my personal opinion is that at the evening price of almost €20,- better alternatives are available. In the middle of the day, the i.O. and for a sandwich and a drink at the baker you also pay almost 7,-- €; so the whole is relative. the preparation is fresh and it is clean and neat. the treadmill is refilled and no one has to remember to leave empty. so, not the hammer, but measured on the price (in the afternoon), quite acceptable.

Before approx. 6 months had been in fuji again, quality had already suffered at that time. presumably owner change?? yesterday once again an attempt dared and experienced absolutely incomprehensible. dirty band, food residues were lagged next to the band (apparently not cleaned for days anymore), and the most frightened was the totally rancid fish that had been partly brownish. without having eaten much, it was left locally by us. in the day after that severe bauch ache and diarrhea, thank you for that. never again. we complained already before location, but no reaction or Refugee... from a visit is urgently to be advised
